Growth Working Group INV Allocation Request

The GWG requests 300 INV from the Inverse Finance treasury to be used for ad hoc payments to vendors who on occasion ask to be paid in INV instead of DOLA. We currently have payables of 102 INV and request an additional 198 INV for potential use in 2023.
